When you book, you'll reserve a 1-hour time slot. This includes time for professional airbrush makeup before your photography session begins, ensuring you're fully prepped and camera-ready for your shoot.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled booking time.
This will give you enough time to settle in, bring in your belongings, and familiarize yourself with the two spaces provided for your photography session.

While we strive to stay on schedule, please be aware that there may be brief delays between makeup and photography, as we accommodate clients before and after your session.

Before You Arrive – Helpful Reminders

✨ Plan ahead: Use Google Maps to locate us easily. There is on-street parking available in front of Bohteak.

⏰ Arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to settle in and get organized before your booked time slot.

👕 Clothing prep: Please ensure your clothing is clean and ironed. We do have a clothing steamer on-site, so if you need to steam anything, arrive a little earlier to give yourself enough time.

💇‍♀️ Hair: Make sure your hair is done before arriving.

🧼 Skin: Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face so our makeup artist can get started right away.

Studio Etiquette & Space Guidelines

📸 Respect other sessions: When you arrive, please be mindful that other photoshoots may be taking place—particularly in the Santorini space at the front of the studio. Kindly avoid walking through any active shooting areas to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

🍽️ Food & drink: Please keep all food and drinks off the showroom furniture, especially any white surfaces. We appreciate your help in keeping the space clean and photo-ready.

🚻 Change room & bathroom: These are located upstairs in the Cloud Space, accessible via the staircase.

Arrival & Cancellation Policy

To help us stay on schedule and ensure every client receives the best experience, we kindly ask that you arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled shoot time.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No Refund Policy | If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify Studio Bohteak at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, you will receive a $475 Bohteak gift card in place of a refund.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows | If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to attend your appointment, the full booking fee will be forfeited, and no credit or refund will be issued.
