Once payment is made, your spot is secured, and all you need to do is bring your smiles (and maybe your furry friends too 🐾

We’ll be running 10-minute sessions from 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with short 5-minute breaks in between. Please make sure you arrive on time and come prepared so we can make the most of your session.

Our Christmas Minis are short and sweet, just enough time to capture the magic without losing little attention spans! Sessions can’t be extended, so arriving prepared means we can make the most of every moment.

Here are a few quick tips to help things run smoothly:

• Arrive 15 minutes early so everyone can settle in.

• Phones away and on silent, please.

• Empty those pockets (keys love to sneak into photos!).

• Quick hair check before we start.

• Wipe little faces clean and button up those outfits.

Then just relax, have fun, and let us capture the joy ✨

• Dress little ones in a comfy travel outfit and change them into their photo clothes once you arrive, this keeps outfits fresh and mess-free.

• Plan your trip in advance (Google Maps helps!) and allow a little extra time for parking. There’s convenient on-street parking right out the front of Studio Bohteak.

• Pack a few essentials think snacks, water, wipes, and a hairbrush so everyone feels comfortable and camera-ready.

• While other families are having their turn, please wait upstairs, inside.

• No food or drinks inside (we want to keep our space sparkling clean).

• If you’d like standing photos inside the arch, shoes off please (unless you’re sitting down).

• No running or jumping in the arch let’s keep our little ones safe.

• We don’t offer special editing (think dirty nails, watches, or phones in pockets), so please check these little details before your session for picture perfect results.

First and foremost, these photos are about you and your family, we want you and your little ones to feel comfortable and confident.

If you’d like some guidance with wardrobe, we always recommend following the three-colour rule (e.g., tan, white, and lilac) with only one person in a subtle pattern.

This year’s styled theme pairs beautifully with soft and dreamy tones like lilac, pink, pastel lemon, apricot, pastel blue, chocolate, tan, sage green, and classic white. These colours create a timeless palette that not only complements our Mediterranean-inspired set but also ensures your images look fresh all year round.

For a festive touch, you’re welcome to weave in traditional Christmas reds and greens for that holiday pop. And don’t forget, shoes matter! Stick with neutral footwear, or go barefoot for a relaxed look. We kindly ask that you avoid sports shoes and bright neon colours.

And of course, Christmas PJs are always a fun and welcomed option!

• If you’re bringing your furry friend along, please make sure they’re friendly and well-trained.

• Let us know the breed and how many fur friends you maybe bringing when booking.

• Dogs must stay on a lead at all times. Please use your waiting time for a quick toilet break walk.

• Your pet is welcome to sit beside you or snuggle on your lap during the shoot.

• To respect everyone’s session time: if your furry friend is feeling too anxious to sit still, we may need to capture your photos without them to avoid delays.

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your session time. Each booking is strictly limited to 15 minutes to ensure we run smoothly for everyone throughout the day. Unfortunately, late arrivals can’t be extended.

• No Refund Policy | If you need to cancel, please notify Bohteak at least 24 hours before your booking. You’ll receive a $295 Bohteak gift card in place of your booking.

• No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will forfeit the booking entirely, and no credit will be provided.
